Terms of use
The short version: this is a fan project, use it as you like, do not take it apart and call it yours.
These terms cover sp-rp.com and the maps on it. Using the site means accepting them.
What this is
Singleplayer Roleplay is a non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto and San Andreas are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to say what the project is for.
The game world shown on the maps is the work of Project Eagle. Every model, texture and object placement comes from their total conversion. It is shown here with credit, and nothing about these terms claims ownership of it.
What is ours
The server, this website, and the software that turns the game's files into a map you can browse are our work. You are welcome to look at the maps, share links to them, and post screenshots and recordings of them.
Please do not copy the map data wholesale in order to host it elsewhere as your own, or embed it in another site so that it appears to be part of that site. Requests to do something with it are usually fine - ask in the Discord.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. It is in development, it may be offline or broken at times, and features may change or disappear without notice. No guarantee is made that any part of it works, and nothing here is a promise about what the server will contain when it opens.
The 3D map is demanding and holds a large amount of data in your browser. It may not run on every machine, and it is not designed for phones or tablets. Use it at your discretion.
Accounts
Accounts are not currently open. When they are, additional terms covering conduct on the server will apply and will be published here.
Donations
Any support given through Ko-fi is a voluntary donation towards running costs. It buys no advantage on the server, no account, and no entitlement of any kind, and it is not refundable.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project develops. The current version is always the one on this page.
