About SP-RP

SP-RP is a GTA San Andreas community for a roleplay server on MTA Neon, standalone mods and tools. The server is in development in the original San Andreas world. Our roleplay work builds on SP-RP by Dignity.

Mod guidelines

Players must obtain a lawful copy of GTA San Andreas and follow the applicable game, platform and package terms. SP-RP is an unofficial fan project. We do not claim approval or authorization from Rockstar Games or Take-Two.

Consult Rockstar's mod guidelines and terms. Individual downloads include their own licenses, compatibility notes and third-party notices. Credits do not grant permission or replace the underlying rights.

Ownership and affiliation

Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas, its characters, game assets and related marks belong to their respective rights holders. SP-RP claims rights only in its original contributions. Third-party content remains subject to its own license and rights.

Our own work

Copyright © 2026 valkyrie (SP-RP). SP-RP claims rights only in original contributions to the extent those rights exist and are held by the project or its contributors. This does not claim ownership of upstream, generated or third-party material. Original contributions can include:

• original server code, gamemode systems, filterscripts, components, plugins, adapters, tooling, and build pipelines written for SP-RP;
• this website: its design, layout, stylesheets, scripts, page structure, and the artwork made for its entrance;
• written material, including faction and character writing, world and setting text, rules, and documentation;
• SP-RP's own client-side modifications and fixes published here; and
• SP-RP's own data and derived outputs: rosters, territory data, configuration, baked scenes, rendered camera work, and map imagery produced by the project's own processing, to the extent those are separable from the third-party material they depict.

Original SP-RP code released in the public repository is offered under the licence stated there. Everything else on this site, including its design, written material, and artwork, is all rights reserved: it may be linked to and quoted with attribution, but not copied, republished, resold, bundled into another server or package, used to train a model, or presented as anyone else's work, without written permission. Individual downloads carry their own licence, which controls for that file.

SP-RP asserts no ownership over the third-party material described above, and asserting ownership of its own work is not a claim over anything underneath it. Where SP-RP's original work sits on top of, or depicts, material belonging to someone else, the rights in the underlying material stay with that rightsholder and any use of SP-RP's layer needs their permission as well as ours.

Permission requests and reports of SP-RP material being reused without permission go to legal@sp-rp.com.

Downloads

All released mods use the Discord member download gate. Stay in the SP-RP Discord for 24 continuous hours and wait for the bot to remove your New Arrival role before downloading. You must remain in the server; leaving blocks access and rejoining starts a new 24-hour wait. Hoodrat is a separate community role and does not bypass this condition.

Discord sign-in is separate from a website or game account. The gate receives your Discord identity, join time and roles, and sets a signed session cookie. It does not receive your Discord password. Sessions last up to seven days and download tickets up to one day, but each file request rechecks current membership and eligibility. An old session or ticket does not preserve access after leaving or rejoining.

Downloads include modifications, fixes and map builds. Each package needs its own content and licence review; availability here is not a representation that Rockstar or another rightsholder has approved it. Refer to the package's source, notices and licence. Several downloads are test builds. Do not use them to bypass licensing, authentication, paid content or anti-cheat protections.

Linked research includes generated decompilation and disassembly, not just original SP-RP code. Publication, a research label or omission of executable inputs does not establish redistribution rights. That material is subject to a separate rights review and is not relicensed by SP-RP's BSD licence.

They are supplied as-is, for personal use with a copy of the game you own, and at your own risk. Modifying a game can crash it, corrupt saved games, or leave it in a state that needs reinstalling. Back up anything you care about first. SP-RP is not responsible for damage, lost saves, lost progress, or any consequence of running a modification, and supplying a file is not advice that running it is permitted by the terms of whatever it modifies. Do not redistribute, repackage, or sell these files except as their own licence allows.

Terms of use

The site and service are provided as-is and may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. To the extent allowed by law, no guarantee is made as to availability, fitness, accuracy, or preservation of data. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, evade access controls, attack the service or another user, cheat, harass, or distribute harmful material. Access may be restricted to protect players, the service, or third-party rights.

Links and screenshots may be shared. Do not represent SP-RP or any third-party work as your own, imply endorsement, or republish map data, client files, or other assets unless the applicable rightsholder and licence allow it. These terms grant no licence to third-party content.

Personal donations and advertising

The Donate link leads to valkyrie's personal Ko-fi page. Donations are voluntary gifts to valkyrie personally, not payments to purchase or fund access to the SP-RP server. They do not buy access, priority, gameplay advantages, virtual currency, items, downloads or rights to any third-party content. Donating is not required to participate in SP-RP.

This website also includes advertising integration. Advertising and personal support do not grant any rights in Rockstar or other third-party material. Describing a donation as personal does not, by itself, determine its treatment under Rockstar's policies or applicable law. Questions about donations should be sent to legal@sp-rp.com; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this notice.

Accounts and access

An account is a courtesy, not property. Access to the site, the server, or an account may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, including for breaking the rules, for protecting other players or the service, or because the project stops running. Characters, progress, items, and in-game currency exist only inside the service, have no monetary value, are not owned by the player, and may be changed, reset, or lost. Nothing is guaranteed to be preserved or backed up.

No warranty

The site, the server, and every file offered here are provided as-is and as-available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. SP-RP does not warrant that the service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with any particular setup, or that data will be retained.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SP-RP, its operator, and anyone helping to run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost data, lost saves, lost progress, lost profits, business interruption, device or software damage, or the cost of substitute services, arising from the site, the server, a download, a linked third-party service, or any inability to use them, whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if the possibility was known. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount that person has paid SP-RP in the twelve months before the claim, which for almost everyone is nothing. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to a given person, and the rest still does.

Your responsibility

Each person is responsible for their own use of the service, for holding a lawful copy of any game they connect with, and for complying with the terms of every third-party product they use alongside it. To the extent the law allows, a person who breaks these terms, breaks the law, or infringes someone's rights through the service agrees to cover SP-RP's reasonable costs arising from that conduct.

Third-party services and links

Discord, Ko-fi, GitHub, Cloudflare, Google Fonts, MTA Neon, and other linked or embedded services are operated by other people under their own terms. SP-RP does not control them, is not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

Changes, severability, and law

These terms and this notice may change; the version published here is the one that applies, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part applies as far as it lawfully can. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of residence, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection right a person has where they live. Nothing in them limits a right or exception given by applicable law, including rights of quotation, reporting, interoperability, and fair dealing or fair use.

Privacy policy

The project operator, identified publicly as valkyrie / SP-RP, is the contact for personal-data questions at legal@sp-rp.com. The service uses personal data only to provide accounts and gameplay, secure and moderate the service, answer requests, meet legal obligations, and—only where enabled with the required notice or consent—measure or fund the site.

Data involved

• ordinary hosting and security logs, which can include IP address, time, requested URL, browser/client information, and abuse signals;
• account, character, gameplay, connection, moderation, and support records when a player uses those features;
• essential session and security cookies when sign-in is available;
• local browser settings used by the website and browser activities; and
• messages voluntarily sent through email or linked communities.

Cloudflare processes requests to host and protect the site. Google Fonts receives a request when a remotely hosted font is loaded. This website includes Google AdSense integration, which can send requests to Google when a page loads. Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device information, cookies and similar identifiers for ad delivery, security and measurement, and for personalisation where permitted. Advertising must be configured with the notices and consent choices required for the visitor's region, including withdrawal of consent where applicable. This notice does not replace those controls. Discord, Ko-fi, MTA Neon and other linked sites apply their own privacy terms after a visitor follows a link. Personal donations are handled through the external payment platform under its own terms.

Data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose, security, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to maintainers and service providers who need it. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Requests go to legal@sp-rp.com. Under the GDPR, people in the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority for their habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. The European Data Protection Board's complaint directory identifies the appropriate national authority. The service is not directed to children under 13.

Credits and licenses

• Rockstar Games and Take-Two — GTA San Andreas and the underlying game world, artwork and assets.
• SP-RP by Dignity — the roleplay gamemode reference, BSD 3-Clause. Copyright (c) 2024, Dignity. This license covers only the material its rightsholders released under it.
• SPRP-UCP by rzrusu — the original control-panel layout reference; upstream terms control.
• MTA Neon and Multi Theft Auto contributors — the multiplayer platform. See the platform's own notices and licenses.
• three.js — the browser renderer, MIT.
• Entrance artwork, films and sounds — the wallpapers are SP-RP's own work. The region maps, entrance films, effects and street loops are identified in our source records as Rockstar promotional-site material. Loading themes came from a locally installed theme pack; exact authorship and web-distribution permissions remain under review. SP-RP claims no ownership of this third-party material; attribution does not establish a license.
• Mod contributors and dependencies — credited in each download's license and third-party notices.
• valkyrie / SP-RP — original website design, writing, tooling and community releases.

Rights reports and contact

A rightsholder or authorised agent can send a removal, correction, or licensing concern to legal@sp-rp.com. Please identify the work or right, the exact URL or file, your authority and contact details, the requested action, and enough information to evaluate the report. Detailed good-faith reports will be acknowledged, investigated promptly, preserved for the record, and restricted or removed where warranted.
